Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your order so we will do all we can to the best of our abilities to accommodate any changes that you request. Due to the fact that food and other items are purchased in advance and perishable, we offer the following cancellation and refund policies.

Cancellations

Party orders and Special Event cancellations must be received at least 15 days before the requested delivery date to receive a partial refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the delivery date since the food and accessories have already been purchased. No refunds will be given for cancellations on same day.

Payments

Payment for Party orders and Special Events must be paid as follows: Minimum 50% paid 14 days in advance with the remainder due the day of the event.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for food that is spoiled due to lack of refrigeration at the delivery destination.

We do not offer refunds for food that has been damaged, eaten or stolen by pets, wildlife, neighborhood kids, your pesky neighbor, strangers, etc.
